Weber Fizz
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml / 1 ¾ Oz Tequila Blanco
- 20ml / ⅔ Oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 20ml / ⅔ Oz Pineapple Juice
- 10ml / ⅓ Oz Agave Nectar
- Dash of Celery Bitters
- 10ml / ⅓ Oz Aquafaba
- Topped with East Imperial Soda Water
GARNISH
- Lemon Coin
METHOD
Add all ingredients, except soda water to a shaker tin, dry shake hard, pack with ice and shake again for around 10-12 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled highball glass and top with soda, then garnish with a lemon coin.
