Ingredients

• 30ml / 1 fl oz Sweet Vermouth
• 30ml / 1 fl oz Campari (Italian Bitter)
• Top with East Imperial Tonic Water

Method

1. Over Ice, pour vermouth and bitters
2. Stir well
3. Then top with tonic water
4. Garnish with an orange slice
